The colour of the sea and the silky smooth surface were astonishing, especially for here. The sea was so calm you could hardly hear it! The waves were hardly breaking, more like slopping right onto the beach, so they had this lovely dark face which would just swell up and slide in at you like you see in the picture.
I took this with a sideways motion of the camera during exposure.
