I have tried for years to photograph this scattering of black rocks as the waves rush around them. Their shapes are interesting and they lay there as if scattered for a game of knucklebones.
By the time the tide came in enough for me to take the photograph, the surf as i wanted, it had got too dark so i lit up the rocks with my headlamp.
